(1) Vendor needs to provide physical library materials, shelf–ready processing, bibliographic records, and collection support services to the government authority located in Hillsboro, OR.– Physical library materials– Selection and collection–development tools– Cataloging services– Shelf–ready processing– Acquisitions support– EDI transactions– Reporting and analytics– Delivery and fulfillment services– RFID tags must be fully compatible with the library's existing bibliotheca RFID infrastructure, including self–check stations, staff workstations, security gates, and handheld readers.– All bibliographic records are in Unicode and UTF8, contain an OCLC number, and meet a minimum of Encoding Level 7 standards.– Most integrations, including our BiblioCore discovery layer and Overdrive, connect through the Polaris API.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.(3) A pre–proposal conference will be held on August 19, 2026.
