TELCOM-2844 - USA (Huntington Station, New York) - Telephone System - Deadline June 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone system to the government authority located in Huntington Station, NY.– Provide onsite service and repair contract for the district wide telephone system.– Provide services not usually covered additions, moves and changes to the existing system.– Provide access to telephone system programming. – Pay for any service charges to any other company or manufacturer for access to service, program and to maintain these systems.– Provide repairs within 24 hours of notification and receipt of a signed, authorized purchase order.– Perform all repairs and installation during the normal workday hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).– Report to the security desk w/custodian to sign in upon arrival at the site before any work is done for maintenance and service visits.– Provide email and electronic portal work order from which will include the name of the site, the work or service requested, who requested the work, the time and date, the work completed or status report, and material required.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
