(1) Vendor needs to provide waste management services to the government authority located in Clemson, SC. – For the main campus and surrounding facilities. – The University has a daily population of approximately 29,000 students plus staff and faculty. – The facilities include residence halls, food service dining areas, offices, classrooms, maintenance areas, laboratories, Athletic, and teaching areas. – University recognizes that the best way to deal with solid waste is to avoid creating waste and therefore embraces the philosophy of prevention as the first step in waste reduction. – University currently has a Recycling Program. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
