(1) Vendor needs to provide investment manager services to the government authority located in Riviera Beach, FL.– Provide comprehensive investment advisory and portfolio management services for the city– Serve as a fiduciary, acting in the best interest of the City, and will be responsible for implementing and managing an investment strategy consistent with the organization's objectives, risk tolerance, and Investment Policy Statement– Investment Advisory and Strategy Development– Portfolio Management– Performance Reporting and Analysis– Communication and Support– Risk Management and Compliance(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
