Vendor needs to provide design, renovation and new construction services to the government authority located in Charlotte, VA.– Project includes a competition Gymnasium with Locker rooms, storage, and an Entrance Vestibule with Ticketing and Concessions; Cafeteria and Kitchen; Classrooms; and a connector. – Existing electrical, sanitary, and stormwater services at the rear of the building will be relocated to accommodate the addition. – impacted site area encompasses approximately one acre and includes improved hardscaping, landscaping, and improved accessibility to the high school campus.
