ANIM-9408 - USA (California) - Digital and Variable Message Signs Maintenance and As-Needed Repairs Service - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide digital and variable message signs maintenance and as–needed repairs service. – Provide comprehensive maintenance and support services for agency Variable Message Signs (VMS) program, including preventive maintenance, corrective repair, system monitoring, and associated technical support.  – Maintain a high level of system availability in accordance with defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and to operate as a proactive, technically capable partner.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting and/or site visit will be held on August 12, 2026.
