MEDI-8021 - USA (Mesquite, Texas) - Toxicology Laboratory Services - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide toxicology laboratory services to the government authority located in Mesquite, TX.– Provide the forensic analysis of both biological and non–biological samples for analysis.– Continue and remain in compliance with all licenses, registrations, permits, certifications or accreditations, rules and regulations necessary for operating the forensic lab for all employees.– Conduct complete criminal background checks to include fingerprinting and obtaining criminal background verifications.– laboratory shall not subcontract any of the requested toxicology analysis and must use their own personnel and equipment to perform the testing on–site at the laboratory facility.– laboratory shall establish and maintain rigorous specimen management protocols to ensure the integrity, security, and evidentiary value of all submitted specimens, including:– Secure specimen storage under appropriate temperature and environmental controls.– Proper labelling, tracking, and accountability of all specimens.– laboratory shall provide accurate, timely, and defensible reporting of all analytical results, including:– Clearly written laboratory reports identifying detected analytes, concentrations, and applicable reference ranges.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
