(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in Miami, FL. – Provide recommendations on investment opportunities including asset allocation, portfolio construction, and rebalancing.– Provide timely assessments of the market, including market analysis of economic indicators and their potential impact on the agency’s investment portfolio.– Provide written market commentary in connection with periodic reporting and meetings, highlighting risks, opportunities, and relevant trends.– Training may include investment policy education, market updates, portfolio reviews, or fiduciary best practice discussions, as requested.– Monitor portfolio risk and provide periodic risk assessments and mitigation strategies.– Assist in the development and implementation of investment strategies that align with the Agency’s objectives, liquidity needs, and risk tolerance, as defined in the trust indenture.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 04, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on September 02, 2026.
