DESCRIPTION This is a notice of intent to award a sole–source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office East, Network Contracting Office 4 intends to award a single sole source, Firm–Fixed–Price, service contract using the procedures at RFO 12.201–1, to Combustion Service & Equipment Co. at 2016 Babcock Blvd Pittsburgh, PA 15209.
