(1) Vendor needs to provide computer assisted mass appraisal system.– Provide a modern Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system and associated professional services to replace the county's existing system.– A solution with an integrated GIS experience that provides a seamless relationship between the assessment record and the property's geographic location.– GIS should function as an operational component of the assessment system rather than solely as a separate mapping or reference application.– The software, personnel, project management, documentation, and professional services required to deliver a fully operational production system.– Provide a comprehensive assessment administration platform capable of supporting the County's business operations through configurable standard functionality.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
