(1) Vendor needs to provide local advocacy services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.– Government relations consultants to work directly with the agency in developing strategies that advance local and regional actions beneficial to programs.– Develop and implement advocacy strategies that support the preservation, restoration, and creation of new regional and local investment in ferry services, programs, and capital projects.– Assist the Agency with the development, tracking, and adoption of local resolutions, regional policies, and regulatory actions to address funding or operational matters.– Monitor and analyze the political environment, transportation policy issues, and associated board and committee meeting agendas in the applicable local jurisdiction, providing written summaries of significant developments.– Provide strategic guidance on policy and engagement opportunities to advance agency goals.– Facilitate meetings for Agency leadership with relevant stakeholders and decisionmakers.– Actively build coalitions of support that include third–party stakeholders, interest groups, and other influential individuals and organizations and direct them strategically to demonstrate support.– Identify opportunities for agency executives and board members to attend strategic events and relationship–building meetings.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
