(1) Vendor needs to provide wide area network phase 3 services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY.– Design a scalable, resilient network that ensures high availability, reliability, and future growth potential for schools.– Network design shall adhere to industry standards and comprise a robust architecture capable of withstanding various failure scenarios.– Scalable bandwidth matrix and mandatory speed tiers.– Offer flexible, symmetrical bandwidth scalability.– Leased dark fiber.– Bandwidth aggregation and active traffic.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting was held on September 9, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
