(1) Vendor needs to provide produce, promote and broadcast weekly interview segments service.– The Offeror shall produce, promote, and broadcast weekly interview segments for a total of twenty–six (26) consecutive weeks and each segment shall be a minimum of 3–4 minutes in length and may appear within news programs, lifestyle shows, or a combination of both.– The content, talking points, and interview topics will be determined by the agency and will vary based on organizational programs, current events, and relevant news cycles.– Segment Production1. Produce twenty–six (26) consecutive weekly interview segments, each 3–4 minutes minimum.2. Conduct interviews live.3. Provide full production services, including studio time, technical crew, camera, lighting, audio, editing, and graphics.4. Coordinate scheduling with the agency for filming and airing dates.– Promote the interview series as a weekly segment, including on–air teases, promotional spots, listings, or equivalent outreach.– Re–air the interview segment as many times as possible throughout the week across the station networks.– Make reasonable efforts to place the segments in time slots with strong viewerengagement.– Promotion and Visibility Requirements1. Promote the weekly series as a recurring segment consistent with stationstandards.2. Provide the agency with a summary of promotional placements upon request.3. Ensure that segment branding and presentation follow the agency –approved namingand descriptions.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
