Vendor needs to provide next gen 911 and Esi–net readiness services to the government authority located in New York.– Process of upgrading the 911 call handling equipment to meet NENA i3 standards, however professional guidance is needed to support the other aspects of ESInet readiness.– Consulting services to evaluate telecommunications pathway diversity, network redundancy, and communications resiliency for the county 911 communications system.– Identify equipment, software or protocols which need to be updated.– Review of current operating systems– Identify single points of failure through interview and inspection.
