EXTRA-76001 - USA (Kansas City, Missouri) - Summons Process Service for the Law Department - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide summons process service for the law department to the government authority located in Kansas City, MO.– Process servers are needed to serve all summons and process, including new petitions, amended petitions, and alias summonses.– Provide Shall pick up Service Packets/Summons.– Contractor shall attempt service at least 3 times on 3 separate days with at least 1 of the 3 attempts being between the hours of 6pm – 9pm and 1 being between the hours of 7am–5pm before the Contractor returns the summons as non–est.– Process Servers to create field notes which will document all service attempts.– Contractor shall require that all Process Servers not disclose legal matters outside the face of the summons (time and place for court).(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 18, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
