EXTRA-78720 - USA (DeLand, Florida) - Professional Solid Waste Management Engineering Services - Deadline December 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional solid waste management engineering services to the government authority located in DeLand, FL. – Professional consultants are to provide engineering services to include, but not be limited to, the following: solid waste planning, facility/landfill design, construction management/administration and CQA/CA services.– Conceptual studies, feasibility studies, preliminary assessments, cost estimates, and administration assistance.– Contamination Evaluation – Plan, permit, and implement corrective action and/or remediation plans. Collect samples, complete field testing, and evaluate data for submission of regular water quality, leachate and industrial wastewater monitoring reports as required.– Solid Waste Landfill Design, Expansion, Permitting and Construction Management – Work may include preparation of feasibility studies, engineering design plans, engineering calculations, operational plans, closure plans, long term care plans and monitoring plans in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations for landfills, transfer stations, public drop–off facilities and recycling facilities.– Closure Design, Permitting and Construction Management – Work may include preparation of landfill closure design plans in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations for Class I, and Class III landfills.– Development of Solid Waste Master Plans – This service may include public surveys, trend projections, future estimates, and presentations to the Council and to the public.– Solid Waste Accounting Services – This may include collection/rate negotiations, closure financial assurance, generation studies, composition studies, full cost accounting, assessment studies and rate studies.– Design, Permitting and Construction of Recycling Facilities – These services may include all items associated with recycling efforts including feasibility studies, volume generation, equipment selection, bidding, and implementation of projects.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
