(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management system.– A comprehensive, scalable enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) system solution to support admissions, recruitment, enrolment management, and student–facing customer service operations. – Provide all labor, software, implementation services, training, and support required to deliver a fully functional enterprise CRM system.– CRM solution must support end–to–end lifecycle management for multiple student populations, including undergraduate, graduate, transfer, online, international, adult, and dual enrolment students.– Admissions and recruitment management– Enrolment funnel and yield management– Student service and case management– Student information system (SIS) integration– Learning management system (LMS) integration(2) The contract period will be for three years.
