DRA-11029 - USA (Cape May, New Jersey) - Ocean Research Vessel and Crew Assist Charter Services - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide ocean research vessel and crew assist charter services to the government authority located in Cape May, NJ.• The purpose of the surveys is to determine the distribution, relative abundance, and size composition of fishes and invertebrates inhabiting the survey area• The trawling operations conducted in this survey consist of 20–minute linear tows at 3 knots or approximately 1 nautical mile• Samples are weighed, measured, and subsamples retained.  Prior to each Trawl Sample, water samples are obtained and water quality measurements taken• The survey area encompasses the coastal waters of New Jersey from Ambrose Channel in the north to Cape Henlopen, Delaware in the south, and from the 3 Fathom (18ft.) depth contour inshore to the 15 Fathom (90 ft.) depth contour offshore.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026(4) Optional Pre–Quote Submission Conference will be held on July 21, 2026
