(1) Vendor needs to provide senior communications manager services.• Develop and execute communication initiatives that build public trust, promote city priorities, and enhance reputation.• Manage the city's website, social media, e–newsletters, and multimedia content while ensuring a consistent brand and engaging user experience.• Act as the city's media liaison and spokesperson, manage media relations, and develop messaging for both routine and high–profile issues.• Lead issues management and crisis communication planning, providing strategic communications support during emergencies and other critical events.• Collaborate with city leadership and departments to develop communication strategies, support public engagement, and tell the stories that matter most to our community.• Oversee branding standards, publications, digital assets, and public outreach while ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.(2) This is not RFP; this is job posting.
