(1) Vendor needs to provide wastewater comprehensive plan services to the government authority located in Puyallup, WA.– The goal of the Wastewater Comprehensive Plan is to characterize the City's sanitary service area, identify system deficiencies, estimate project costs, provide guidance for management, support future operation and maintenance activities, shape City policies, and provide a multi–year plan to achieve desired service levels.– Recommendations for a CCTV maintenance program and a jetting maintenance program.– Identify potential locations for permanent flow monitoring installations.– Recommendations of policies, criteria, and standard details for low–pressure systems.– Staffing study for both the sewer collection system and water pollution control plant.– Preliminary routing of mains to serve new growth, with a summary of required easements.– Development of a policy for separating stormwater from sewer systems when cross connections are encountered.
