(1) Vendor needs to provide IT consultant services to the government authority located in Long Beach, CA.  – IT consulting firms to assist in performing discovery, analysis, and strategic planning for Oracle Peoplesoft enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems which include human capital management (HCM), financials (FS), and campus solutions (CS).      – Conduct an ERP health assessment and provide a holistic evaluation of the current ERP environment, including technical, functional, operational, and user experience considerations– Providing educational programs with a commitment to excellence in student learning in a culturally diverse and vibrant environment.– Develop a prioritized set of recommendations and an actionable strategic roadmap that supports future planning and decision–making.– ERP system as it relates to major functions including student lifecycle, employee lifecycle, accounting and financial processes, and institutional reporting.– Identify missing, underutilized, or inefficient functionality and opportunities to improve business processes, system utilization, user experience, and operational effectiveness.– Evaluate the current ERP environment in the context of higher education industry trends, future ERP directions, and emerging technologies.– The ERP is housed on–premise and runs on SQL server.– Identify areas for strategic development of the ERP system.– Provide a written report that includes the evaluation of the ERP and recommendations.– An evaluation of the current status, health, and viability of the ERP environment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
