ACCT-26751 - USA (Long Branch, New Jersey) - Financial Management and Accounting Consultant Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide financial management and accounting consultant services to the government authority located in Long Branch, NJ.• Financial Management and Accounting – Maintain accurate and timely accounting records for the Housing Authority and its properties. – Monitor revenues, expenditures, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. – Review and reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and other financial records. – Process and monitor financial transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. – Monitor purchasing, disbursements, and expenditures to ensure proper authorization and documentation. – Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls to safeguard Housing Authority funds and assets. – Review financial transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements. – Provide recommendations regarding budget adjustments, cost controls, and financial priorities. • Financial Reporting – Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reports. – Provide financial reports detailing revenues, expenditures, cash balances, budget variances, and other relevant financial information. – Prepare financial schedules and supporting documentation for management review. • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable – Review and process accounts payable transactions and supporting documentation. – Monitor outstanding accounts payable and ensure timely processing of authorized payments. – Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding balances. – Review collections and receivables activity and provide appropriate financial reporting. – Maintain accurate records of vendor payments, tenant–related receivables, and other financial obligations.
