(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services for the design of fire stations to the government authority located in Westminster, CO.– Design and implement Fire Stations #7, #3 and the admin building / training center.– Construct a new 20,000 square foot fire station, Fire Station #7.– Construct an approximately 11,000–square–foot Fire Administration Building, along with training structures—including a tower, burn building, and car prop—totaling roughly 8,000 square feet– Develop a comprehensive design approach in collaboration with the City, Owner’s Representative, and stakeholders.– Ensure compliance with the funding requirements, timelines, and reporting needs.– Design the facility to meet operational, functional, and sustainability goals, ensuring the highest degree of quality and cost–efficiency.(2) A mandatory pre–submittal conference will be held on July 23, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
