(1) Vendor needs to provide investigative background check services to the government authority located in Worcester, MA.– Outstanding warrant search, including outstanding or unresolved criminal warrants and other jurisdictions, as available and legally permissible.– Nationwide criminal database search, with potentially responsive records verified through the applicable court or other authoritative source.– Social security number trace, identity verification and address history, including identification of aliases, former names, and current and historical addresses as necessary to accurately identify the subject and applicable jurisdictions for further searches.– Federal criminal court records.– Nationwide sex offender registry search, including applicable state and federal registries.– Bankruptcy records.– Entity and business registration verification.– Adverse media and public records search.– Direct and indirect ownership and beneficial ownership research.– Current and historical business affiliations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
