(1) Vendor needs to provide brand identity, awareness and assessment consultancy services.• The assessment should produce at least three high–level brand–delivery support models and provide a critical evaluation and feasibility of each.• Brand–delivery support models should elaborate:– The services and offer of the model– Expected results– Stakeholders– Information and cash flows– Funding needs and requirements over time– Governance and management structures – Potential funders and investors – Case studies, inspiration and lessons learned– Pros and cons from the perspective of national government, park authorities, collaborative management partners (co–management partners in protected areas), communities, visitors and private sector / business.• They should also aim to: – Be as financially sustainable as possible– Operate or be serviced in an aggregated or integrated way (cost efficiency)– Be sensitive, conservation–led, evidence–based and culturally appropriate– Support relevant data collection– Support multi segment stratification and destination appeal– Promote mechanisms that support multi–stakeholder brand management, including reconciling alignment with national destination brands and other relevant organisations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
