(1) Vendor needs to provide waste management software. • Software and hardware technology solution using emerging technologies to move toward a more efficient, data–driven, and user–friendly model of waste, recycling, and fleet tracking. • Ability to track our existing fleet using GPS, optimize existing waste collection routes and create new routes, may include sensor and camera hardware to confirm pickups and track contamination, and may include a potential customer platform with the ability for customers to see pick up days and real–time tracking of drivers on their route.• Innovative solutions using data and the deployment of intelligent software to collect and report real–time data to inform, optimize, and scale waste management services• Reducing incomplete routes• Improving route efficiency through digitally optimized routes• Reducing bulky and illegally dumped items by issuing digital work orders• Enhancing customer experience and improving customer service• Data collection and analytics could also support and inform our administrative, operations, and dispatch teams to more quickly find and address problem areas(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026
