(1) Vendor needs to provide contractor–hosted fully integrated records facility service to the government authority located in Rockville, MD. • Provide receiving, processing, inventorying, scanning services, disposing of documents and records materials, cataloguing, storage of documents, materials, redaction, data entry, helping firms with submitting information electronically, running reports or queries, correcting, and entering data into electronic systems and emailing correspondence to firms.• Program and task order management support.• Document processing, handling, correspondence, and delivery.• Document scanning, photocopying, conversion, and pre–market services.• Document data entry services, data analysis, tracking services, and stakeholder support.• Range from digitizing legacy material to processing new physical documents and records material.• The Contractor shall first verify whether the submission is loaded into image.• Convert material such as film, videos, microfiche, blowbacks, and physical artifacts into digitized images.• Tracking and temporary storage of government records.• Transition work activities.(2) This bid is set aside for service disabled veteran owned small business.
