ACCT-26847 - USA (Eugene, Oregon) - Fund Administrator Services - Deadline November 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fund administrator services to the government authority located in Eugene, OR.• The fund administrator will establish and act as the trustee of the fund and will be required to maintain strict financial management protocols for the prudent management of monies contributed to the fund, to invest Fund monies in interest–bearing accounts, and to seek matching grants where available to increase the benefits of annual contributions.• The fund administrator will solicit, evaluate and establish a working relationship with a financial institution for the purposes of receiving and distributing monies contributed to the fund.• The fund administrator will be responsible for all initiation, management and administrative responsibilities for the fund.• The fund administrator will prepare and distribute an annual report that summarizes expenditures over the life of the fund, generally describes the types of projects undertaken during the prior year and itemizes the growth and expenditures of funds during the prior year and total amounts available for future funding proposals.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on October 14, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
