(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–employment physical exams and occupational health screening services to the government authority located in Hemet, CA. – Provide occupational health services, including pre–employment physical examinations, employee medical examinations, annual medical screenings, drug and alcohol testing, and related diagnostic services.– Pre–Employment Physical Examinations:• Provide pre–employment medical examinations for prospective city employees to evaluate their ability to perform the essential functions of the position for which they are being considered.• Medical history and health assessments.• Vision and hearing testing.– Department–Specific Medical Examinations:• Administrative positions.• Fire department positions.• Police department positions.– Annual Employee Medical Screenings:• Physical examinations.• Audiograms.• TB testing.• Pulmonary function testing.– Drug and Alcohol Testing:• Rapid urine drug screening.• 10–panel urine drug screening.
