(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Concord, MA.• Vacuum foyer, main lobby, and lower lobby daily and as needed.• Spot clean carpets as needed.• Sweep and wet mop stairs daily and as needed.• Wipe down hand railings.• Empty all trash and recycle receptacles; replace liners as required, remove trash to a designated area.• Wipe tables and chairs.• Clean all foyer glass, natatorium glass, and inspect all glass in the area and clean as necessary.• Spot wash vertical surfaces such as walls, tile floors, doors, kick plates, push plates, and frames.(2) An optional walk–through will be held on August 06, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
