CLEANING-14003 - USA (Greenville, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Greenville, NC. – Work shall include litter removal, general and specialized cleaning and restocking. – Trash and recycling containers will be emptied and returned to their original locations. – Sweep and/or dust mop all floor surfaces.– Vacuum all carpeted areas.– Dust telephones, desks, chairs, tables, counters, filing cabinets and other office furniture.– Dust all ledges and other flat surfaces nine (9) feet in height and lower.– Remove fingerprints from woodwork, walls, entrance doors and partitions.– Clean restrooms, shower fixtures and disinfect all sinks, toilets, urinals, fixtures, mirrors, baby changing stations and privacy partitions within each restroom.– Disinfect bathroom floors by mopping.– Spot clean carpet as necessary.– Clean and disinfect all kitchen and break room sinks and fixtures.– Clean all mirrors.– Wash exterior and interior of entrance glass doors.– Clean and sanitize all indoor furniture.– Wash all door frames.– All horizontal handrails must be wiped down, disinfected and polished.– Clean and polish all bright metal.– Clean interior glass windows in all offices and inside of exterior glass.– Clean and sanitize all wastebasket containers– Dust or vacuum air grills– Clean inside of exterior glass that is within nine (9) feet and lower– Deep clean all Shower stalls to remove hard water stains and mold– Clean all baseboards throughout each building(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 5, 2026.
