SAC Building 10318 Exterior Paint

The scope of work for this project consists of lead abatement (per County Specifications) and painting the exterior envelope of one building at Sacramento Executive Airport (SAC). Exterior envelope finish materials include; concrete masonry, concrete wall, wood trim, metal siding and metal doors. The services required are all those necessary to complete the project as defined in the SOW. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in specifications. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the specifications, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the County.
