(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable housing design, financing, development and management service to the government authority located in South Miami, FL. – Design, finance, develop, and manage a mixed–income affordable housing development on agency–owned real property.  • Design and construct a mixed–income development, consisting of:– At least 50 affordable housing units allocated for households that earn between 40–50% of AMI.– Housing opportunities for households that earn more than 50% of AMI.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for year year. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026.
