CONS-22243 - USA (Sheridan, Colorado) - Locker Room Remodel and Design Build Service - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide locker room remodel and design build service to the government authority located in Sheridan, CO. – Completely demo both women and men’s existing lavatory rooms, including fixtures, flooring, finishes and lockers. – Require leaving the plumbing bank wall (divider wall) and not making any structural change to bearing walls.– Demo on shared office space including fixtures, flooring, finishes.– Reconfigure the existing layout, that will incorporate two wet rooms (showers, lavatory, sink and sitting area. – Add two changing rooms separate from the wet rooms. Construct new coed (shared locker room) outside of the changing and wet rooms.– All construction shall be ADA compliant.– All mechanical and electrical upgraded and other building compliance needs.– Each vendor will design and build the remodeling of the existing facility. This will require working closely with the end user and City Facility teams to ensure project success.– Each vendor, as part of their proposal, shall include a basic modeling architectural schematic or rendering, including detailed exhibits for fixtures and finishes as part of their design proposal.– City is on a very aggressive schedule to complete the remodel; therefore, the solicitation will be short.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
