(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation special purpose local option sales tax program management services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.– Providing program management services in the execution of the transportation special purpose local option sales tax program.– Capital project tracking:– All transportation improvement projects are managed by each individual city.– Teamed with software provider, to establish a web–based database for each city to enter their current project status.– consultant will be responsible in ensuring that the information entered into the database is accurate and timely by the individual cities.– Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for working with those cities who do not have accurate information entered into the database.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.
