(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Mamaroneck, NY.– Empty trash, spot clean containers, replace liners as needed.– Sanitize touchpoints–door handles.– Vacuum carpeting.– Sweep, mop and disinfect hard surface floors.– Clean tables, chairs, countertops and sinks.– Clean, disinfect and polish drinking fountains.– Clean glass on entry doors.– Dust vents and horizontal surfaces.– Vacuum upholstered Furniture.– Clean vending machine, water cooler and refirigerator.– Dust top refrigerator.– Low dust areas including chair/table legs.(2) Site visits will be held on July 27, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 03, 2026.
