(1) Vendor needs to provide geotechinical services to the government authority located in West Covina, CA. – Geotechnical consultant to perform a preliminary geotechnical and geological evaluation of the subject slope, generally bounded.– The evaluation shall include a review of available historical and technical documentation, site reconnaissance, and visual observations of affected properties to establish a preliminary understanding of the slope conditions and identify potential factors contributing to reported property damage.– The consultant shall also perform visual observations of affected properties and residences, subject to obtaining appropriate property access.– Review available geological, geotechnical, topographic, grading, building, and historical records relevant to the subject slope and surrounding properties– Identification of preliminary geotechnical and geological concerns(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
