(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational medical services to the government authority located in Deerfield Beach, FL.– Provide comprehensive occupational health services for the city, including pre–employment, annual, return–to–duty, fitness–for–duty, and other occupational medical examinations for fire rescue, police, and other city departments as requested.– Fire rescue medical services:– Pre–employment (post–offer) firefighter physical examinations.– Annual firefighter physical examinations.– Promotional or specialty assignment medical evaluations, when requested.– Police department medical services:– Pre–employment (post–offer) police officer medical examinations.– Medical examinations for academy recruits.– General employee pre–employment physicals:– Contractor to perform post–offer, pre–employment physical examinations for applicants for other city positions, including but not limited to public works, utilities, parks and recreation, administrative, and other departments.– Additional occupational health services:– Drug and Alcohol Testing (pre–employment, random, reasonable suspicion, post–accident, return–to–duty, and follow–up).– Immunizations and vaccination programs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on July 28, 2026.
