EQU-19141 - USA (Iowa) - Fingerprint Collection and Submission Services - Deadline August 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide title to the government authority located in IA.  – Provide a system that meets all requirements and specifications as outlined in the interface control document (ICD) that governs the electronic transmission of biometric information by external devices. – Provide the necessary server and databases to interface with the multi–biometric identification system (MBIS) infrastructure.– An Incident ID and tracking number to each biometric fingerprint submission processed that will be utilized as the tracking number throughout the process.– Identification document must have a photograph of the applicant, the applicant’s name, address, and date of birth.– Electronic fingerprinting service sites shall be convenient to publictransportation, where readily available.– Fingerprint based criminal history record checks – Applicant tracking.     (2) The contract period will be for three years.
