This tranquil oasis is considered an exclusive property which is important to the community's reputation and property value. The intent of this landscape maintenance contract is to provide a high level of service to the Golden Gate Point (GGP) Streetscape and community. GGP is a special taxing district which funds property maintenance and beautification efforts that reflect a vibrant and upscale neighborhood. This service contract must ensure proper and timely care for all landscaping elements.
