(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency call center annual cleaning service to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.– Provide Cleaning of the 911 Center Console Workstations.– Vacuum, using HEPA certified Eco–friendly cleaning solutions, clean, and sanitize all reachable interior and exterior surfaces including counters attached, cavity shelves, mice, keyboard, monitors, beneath control desk, miscellaneous peripherals on desks phones, printers, etc.– Inspect, repair, and report Entire console for abnormalities, alignment and level of console desk, fans and control panels, doors/hinges, lights, loose screws and bolts, edge molding, fabric edges, duct arms, environmental controls.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
