(1) Vendor needs to provide stormwater strategy white paper and compliance consulting services. – Provide strategic white paper summarizing the district’s current stormwater and irrigation landscape, regulatory obligations, and long–term planning needs.– Prepare a set of strategic options and estimated costs.– Review and incorporate relevant elements from the district’s existing stormwater planning documents and avoid duplication of efforts.– Develop necessary tools to support ongoing compliance, documentation, and reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
