(1) Vendor needs to provide active directory cleanup modernization and full cloud–readiness transition service. – Consultant to assess, clean up, modernize, and restructure hybrid active directory (on–prem + Azure AD) environment. – Modernization gap analysis identifying issues preventing efficient identity operations or cloud readiness.– Assess Azure AD tenant configuration for identity consistency and architectural soundness.– Modernize identity infrastructure end–to–end.– Deliver a full Azure AD cloud–only identity plan.– Provide comprehensive SOPs and operational documentation.– Create a modernization roadmap to remove on–prem AD completely.– Azure AD and Entra ID review.– Identity lifecycle and operational analysis.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
