(1) Vendor needs to provide high–resolution orthophotography and 3D modeling services to the government authority located in Alexandria, LA. – Provide high–resolution digital orthophotography for the entire city and photorealistic three–dimensional geospatial models for the downtown district and designated city–owned buildings.– Capable of delivering an integrated, quality–controlled geospatial program rather than separate, disconnected products.– Acquisition planning, regulatory and airspace coordination, survey control, image collection, photogrammetric processing, orthorectification, 3D reconstruction, quality assurance, open–format delivery, and correction of nonconforming work.– Ability to reliably produce citywide orthophotography at a ground sample distance uncommon in conventional municipal programs, while also producing usable open–format 3D models, is central to the procurement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
