(1) Vendor needs to provide storage area network replacement services (SAN) to the government authority located in Pflugerville, TX.• All drive types are allocated into a single Storage Pool.• Single datacentre location, currently no replication in place.• Hardware replacement is 4–hour response• After accounting for deduplication, compression, etc., the project must provide at least 200 TB usable, presentable, storage to the customer.• Vendor must document space savings ratio and provide a guaranteed minimum usable storage that the customer will have accessibility to utilize.• Project must provide full phone based technical support for no less than 5 years up front, and if possible with an option for 7 years.• A high–level architecture to include a description of the solution being proposed.• An explanation of how the solution will support the organization's existing software portfolio, SLAs and operational procedures.• An identification of any restrictions or capacity limitations regarding what services can run on given platform(s) in the proposed solution• Support a minimum of 25,000 IOPS.• Support at least 500 MB/Sec sustained throughput.• Must be able to build a single large storage pool that spans across all drives and all enclosures.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
