– Vendor needs to provide course access, virtual school program, courseware, instructors, and related services to the government authority located in Jefferson, MO. – Provide allow LEAs the option to utilize teachers provided by the contractor or teachers from the school system’s staff. – Educators must have a valid teaching certification for the content and grade level the educator will teach. – Accommodate rolling enrollment to allow students to enrol.– Must use a secure method (e.g. encrypted email, https secure websites, etc.) to transfer data to LEAs, DESE, and parents, and to communicate with the LEA’s student information system.– Advanced Placement (AP) courses proposed by the contractor, the courses must have received college board approval, which will be verified from the college board website.
