(1) Vendor needs to provide civil engineering professional services to the government authority located in Charleston, SC. – Provide civil engineering professional services on an 'as–needed' basis during the term of the contract.– Provide basic services including surveying, civil engineering, civil site planning and development, parking and paving, storm water and sanitary sewer design, landscape design, feasibility studies, construction documents and contract administration.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
