ELECTRIC-1067 - USA (San Jacinto, California) - SCADA Improvements Electrical Installation Service - Deadline November 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA improvements electrical installation service to the government authority located in San Jacinto, CA. – Provide an overview of the electrical scope of work (SOW) required for the potable water SCADA system upgrade at the agency. • Pre–shutdown installation activities:– The installation of any new control enclosure(s) and/or subpanels.– Installation of applicable conduit and cable.– Retrofit existing decommissioned controls enclosures.– Termination of all new conductors as to not interfere with existing operations.• Shutdown activities: This phase will manage the installation of any equipment which cannot be installed without production shutdown.– Remove obsolete controls components and internal wiring where practical.– Clean the enclosure interior, backpanel, door, and accessible mounting surfaces.– Replace damaged or deteriorated wire duct and install missing duct covers.– Replace damaged DIN rail and mounting hardware as necessary.– Remove obsolete labels and replace damaged or handwritten equipment identification where affected by the retrofit.– Re–route and dress disturbed wiring to provide an orderly installation and maintain service access.• Post–shutdown activities: Provide one team of electricians to assist with troubleshooting as required to satisfy a field action item list shared.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid job walk will be held on November 3, 2026.
