(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate behavioral health program services to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.– Serve as the primary behavioral health treatment and recovery support provider for these merged programs– Enhance the ability of the County Justice Center and community–based providers to address the substance use disorder treatment and recovery support needs of incarcerated individuals and those returning to the community.– Reduce recidivism, promote long–term recovery, and improve public safety and public health.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on August 5, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
