CC-3886 - Afghanistan - Call Center and Short Code Management Services - Deadline October 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide call center and short code management services. – Provide value added services (VAS) for the functioning of the toll–Free voice lines and related short codes including the managing the connection of E1 and GSM lines through various mobile phone companies.– The services shall include the maintenance of the current call center hardware, software setup and service provision to ensure continuous connectivity and full functionality of the phone network linkages to the short code and toll–free line.– Maintain Toll Free short code service for immediate use and the related technical support for a call center– Ensure connectivity support for internet service over Fiber Optic (FTTH)– Physical maintenance of the link and trunking (as required).– Provide management support for the call center and a knowledge–based tool for the effective management of inquiries.– Operate a call center from 7am to 12am(mid night), 7 days a week. This will include a facility and all utilities required for the functioning of a call center.– Provide training, mentoring and support for call center operators on the in–house knowledge base tool which will be used for FAQ, Key Messages, Case logging, escalation, and resolution.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 21, 2026.
